Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout: Standard (15-20 business days) or Express (10-14 business days). Delivery times can vary depending on your location and the specific item ordered.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat Standard shipping fee of $4.99. Express shipping is available for $15.00.

Order tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its progress to your door.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect packages once they've shipped, so we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Delays

Occasionally, factors outside our control (weather, carrier delays, customs) can affect delivery times. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out to us at eraitsyn@gmail.com and we will help track it down.
