Returns

We want you and your pet to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to start a return

Email us at eraitsyn@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll get back to you with return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Order cancellations

Since orders are processed quickly, we can only guarantee a cancellation if you contact us within a few hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our standard return policy above.

Exceptions

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
